Job summary

Mercy is seeking a registered nurse to provide patient-centered care using the nursing process and to coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams. This role emphasizes accountability for patient care, safeguarding patient rights, and maintaining confidentiality across shifts.

Candidates must have completed a nursing program (AD/ Diploma/ BSN) and hold an RN license in the hiring state or a compact license, with BLS required or obtained within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure requirements.
• Basic Life Support certification or successful completion within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities
