Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assess clients’ health problems and needs.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans and maintain medical records.
• Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled clients.
• Provide education to clients and their families.
• Coordinate with healthcare team to evaluate care plans.
• Ensure adequate staffing and supervision for shifts.
