River Edge Behavioral Health in Macon, GA is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join a multidisciplinary team delivering compassionate, client-centered care in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. The role supports 24/7 outpatient services, a 23-hour observation unit, residential psychiatric stabilization, and medically monitored detox services.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Georgia RN license.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional nursing experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess client health problems and develop individualized care plans.
• Deliver direct nursing care to clients in crisis, including those with mental health and substance use challenges.
• Administer medications (oral, sublingual, IV) and monitor their effects.
