Qualifications

• Effective English communication.
• Valid drivers license and ability to operate a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and delivery of patient care using the nursing process.
• Float to various units as needed; participate in on‑call status.
• Supervise and coordinate care delegation to licensed and non‑licensed staff.
• Mentor and guide non-licensed personnel and students as appropriate.
• Maintain a hazards‑free environment and ensure safe patient care.
