Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse to deliver patient care using the nursing process. You will assess patients, develop care plans, administer medications, and coordinate care with the health team. You will also educate patients and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Delivers patient care utilizing the nursing process through data collection and assessment.

• Coords, provides and directs patient teaching activities and coordinates care with health team members.
• Conducts initial and ongoing patient assessment; analyzes data and creates a care plan.
• Administers medications safely per practice standards and policies.
• Serves as patient safety advocate and participates in quality improvement.
