Job summary

Perimeter Behavioral of the Ozarks is seeking a PRN RN to join our inpatient pediatric behavioral health team in Arkansas. You will provide high-quality nursing care to children and adolescents and support the treatment team.

Qualified candidates will hold an Arkansas RN license (or compact) and demonstrate a compassionate, collaborative approach to patient care in a hospital setting. This role is PRN/as-needed with flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Arkansas or compact license is required.
• Experience in pediatric behavioral health is preferred.
• Ability to assess, plan, implement and evaluate resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to behavioral health children and adolescents.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate each resident’s care; update nursing care plans.
• Develop measurable goals on the treatment plan with the treatment team.
• Complete daily progress notes for assigned residents.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment and protect residents' rights.
• Maintain professional relationships with patients, families, and facility staff.
