Job summary
Perimeter Behavioral Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse to join our nursing team in West Memphis, Arkansas. You will provide compassionate, evidence-based care to adolescents and adults in a behavioral health setting and collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team.

Qualifications
- Active RN license in state or eligible compact license.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care to adolescents and adults in our behavioral health setting.
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed.
- Document patient care accurately and thoroughly through daily progress notes.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement measurable treatment goals.
