Job summary

Perimeter Behavioral of the Ozarks is seeking immediate openings for PRN RN to join our adolescent behavioral health inpatient team. The role focuses on providing high-quality nursing care and participating in care planning for children and teens with mental health needs.

Responsibilities include ongoing assessment, progress documentation, and supporting a safe, therapeutic environment while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and families.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Arkansas or a compact license.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to behavioral health children and adolescents.
• Regularly assess, plan, implement, and evaluate each resident’s care and document progress.
• Develop measurable goals on the treatment plan with the treatment team.
• Complete daily progress notes for assigned residents.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment that protects residents’ rights.
• Maintain professional relationships with patients, families and staff.

Education
