Leora Dayton is seeking a compassionate and dependable PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care, support residents/patients in achieving their best possible health outcomes, and work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members.

Position is PRN / As Needed with flexible scheduling, including weekdays, weekends, holidays, and occasional shift coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Must be 21 or older.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and according to facility policies.
• Monitor and document patient conditions, responses to treatment, and changes in status.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare team members.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and changes in patient condition.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of medical records and documentation.
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.
• Provide patient and family education regarding health conditions and care plans.
• Participate in care conferences and interdisciplinary team meetings as needed.
• Promote a safe, clean, and respectful environment for patients and staff.

Their programs include a day treatment program (PHP), an intensive outpatient program (IOP), and general outpatient program. They also provide medication-assisted treatment (MAT), ambulatory detox, and case management services. Leora helps clients receive the support and treatment they need.
