Job summary

Leora Behavioral Health in Dayton, OH is seeking a licensed mental health professional to provide PHP, IOP and OP treatment, delivering individual, group and family therapy with evidence-based approaches for clients with substance use and co-occurring disorders.

• Minimum 2 years of mental health experience (preferred).
• Experience with group counseling preferred.
• Experience with SUD/trauma populations preferred.

About Leora

Leora Behavioral Health offers a full continuum of outpatient care to help support as many clients as possible. Their programs include a day treatment program (PHP), an intensive outpatient program (IOP), and general outpatient program. They also provide medication-assisted treatment (MAT), ambulatory detox, and case management services. Leora helps clients receive the support and treatment they need.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality PHP, IOP, and OP treatment to clients navigating substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based treatment approaches tailored to each client’s needs.
• Collaborate with clients and their support systems to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Work closely within a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• License/Education/Certification: LSW, LPC, LISW, or LPCC
• 2 years previous experience in a Mental Health setting. (Preferred)
• At least 1 year previous experience in group counseling. (Preferred)
• Experience working with severe and persistent mental illness, trauma, and co-occurring substance use disorders. (Preferred)
