Job summary

Leora Behavioral Health in Dayton, OH seeks a licensed mental health clinician to join our full-time team. You will provide PHP, IOP, and OP therapy, delivering individual, group, and family sessions to clients with co-occurring disorders.

Work within a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans, coordinate care with clients’ support systems, and uphold the highest standards of care across programming options.

Qualifications

• LSW, LPC, LISW, or LPCC license/certification.
• 2 years experience in mental health setting.
• At least 1 year experience in group counseling.
• Experience with severe and persistent mental illness, trauma, and co-occurring substance use disorders.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality PHP, IOP, and OP treatment to clients navigating substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based treatment approaches tailored to each client’s needs.
• Collaborate with clients and their support systems to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Work closely within a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care.

About Leora

Leora Behavioral Health offers a full continuum of outpatient care to help support as many clients as possible. Their programs include a day treatment program (PHP), an intensive outpatient program (IOP), and general outpatient program. They also provide medication-assisted treatment (MAT), ambulatory detox, and case management services. Leora helps clients receive the support and treatment they need.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality PHP, IOP, and OP treatment to clients navigating substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based treatment approaches tailored to each client’s needs.
• Collaborate with clients and their support systems to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Work closely within a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care.

• License/Education/Certification: LSW, LPC, LISW, or LPCC
• 2 years previous experience in a Mental Health setting. (Preferred)
