Job summary

Memorial Home Services is seeking a PRN Respiratory Therapist in Jacksonville, IL to initiate and manage respiratory care for patients of all ages with cardiopulmonary disorders. You will operate basic respiratory therapy equipment and follow prescribed care plans in a per diem schedule.

The role requires an AMA-approved education path or final-year associates program with clinical rotations, plus current CPR certification. Per diem pay ranges and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Graduate of AMA approved School of Respiratory Care preferred, or 2nd year student in final clinical semesters of Associates Degree program, required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Completion of 1st year of Respiratory Care Associate’s Degree program with associated clinical rotation experience.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, maintain, and discontinue basic respiratory therapy equipment and techniques in the administration of prescribed respiratory care procedures.
