Chestnut Health Systems in Bloomington, IL is seeking a PRN Residential Technician to join our residential treatment team. You'll work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift, supporting a safe, structured environment and delivering compassionate care.

This role emphasizes trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care, documentation in the EMR, and collaboration with supervisors to ensure quality client services. Pay ranges from $15 to $16 per hour, with shift differential for overnight hours.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work with diverse populations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills and EMR usage
• Valid driver's license and insurability if transporting clients

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support clients in residential treatment to ensure a safe and structured environment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the unit, following food safety standards
• Assist clients with daily living activities and routines
• Supervise and engage clients in recreational and leisure activities
• Accurately document attendance, services provided, and progress notes in the electronic medical record
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to support client care and program operations
• Promote trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care, emphasizing respect, empowerment, and wellness

Chestnut Health Systems is seeking a PRN Residential Technician to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift, as needed, at our Bloomington, IL location.

Pay Range: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour, with additional shift differential for overnight hours. Compensation is based on experience, skills, education, and internal equity.
