PRN Resident Assistant/Care Aide/Caregiver

We are hiring Care Givers at Signal Mountain Senior Living. The role involves providing hands-on care, emotional support, and maintaining a safe, home-like environment for residents.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness of resident’s rooms and work areas
• Supporting residents to maintain independence and dignity
• Assisting with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating)
• Engaging residents in life skills and enrichment activities

Position Requirements

• Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred
• High School diploma/GED
• Must be 18 years or older
• Experience with seniors preferred
• Effective communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
