Job summary

Touching Hearts at Home is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide clinical oversight and support on a PRN basis across the Greater Charlotte area. This role focuses on one-on-one relationships with clients, families, and caregivers, delivering assessments and supervision without traditional bedside demands.

You will perform in-home visits, develop care plans, coach caregivers, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining flexible scheduling and potential opportunities for

We're looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team on a PRN basis, providing clinical oversight and support to our clients, families, and caregivers throughout the Greater Charlotte area.

This is an opportunity to use your nursing experience in a more personal, relationship-focused environment while maintaining the flexibility of PRN work. As our agency continues to grow, there may also be opportunities to take on additional responsibility and grow into a clinical leadership role.

What You'll Do

Who We're Looking For

• Active North Carolina Registered Nurse license


• Current CPR/BLS certification


• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills


• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated


• Reliable transportation with willingness to travel throughout an assigned territory


• Home care, geriatrics, hospice, case management, or community-based nursing experience is preferred—but not required
