Grady Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our PRN pool in Atlanta. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, coordination across units, and nursing leadership in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate Degree in Nursing with 2 years of clinical experience, Georgia RN license, and current BLS; ACLS is required for specific areas. PRN shifts offer flexible scheduling to meet unit needs and maintain optimal staffing.

Qualifications

• A minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing is required.
• BSN degree is strongly preferred.
• Two years of clinical nursing experience is required.
• Current Georgia license as a Registered Professional Nurse is required.
• Current American Heart Association BLS card is required; ACLS certification is required for specified areas.

Responsabilités

• Collects comprehensive data pertinent to the patient/family health or the situation.
• Provides clinical leadership for all staff members and adheres to policies.
• Identifies expected outcomes for patient/family and evaluates progress toward them.
• Develops an individualized plan of care and coordinates with the healthcare team.
• Executes the plan and educates patient/family and other providers.
• Leads continuous improvement and evidence-based practice efforts.
• Flexibly floats to other units as needed to ensure safe staffing.
