Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Baptist Medical Center East in Montgomery, AL. This PRN position involves on-site, third-shift coverage and coordination of nursing staff to ensure quality patient care.

The RN will perform nursing assessments, planning and interventions, and collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive care across units.

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure required.
• BSN degree preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC etc. may be required depending on area.

Responsibilities

• Provide general supervision and coordination of nursing staff on shift, weekends and holidays.
• Utilize the nursing process for patient assessments, care planning, and interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians to plan and implement patient care.
