Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, seeks a Registered PRN Nurse to provide direct nursing care at the Southeastern Veterans' Center. You will assess residents, support physicians, maintain care plans, and help create a therapeutic long-term care environment for veterans.

The per diem position offers shifts on days, evenings, and nights with no telework. Starting pay is $56.48/hour.

Competenze

• Active authorization to practice as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania.
• Ability to obtain RN licensure within one year if holding a temporary permit.
• PA residency waiver is noted for this title.

Mansioni

• Resident Assessment: review reports, monitor conditions, update care plans.
• Clinical Support: assist physicians, transcribe and ensure orders are completed.
• Care Documentation: record daily care and update EMR records.
• Medication Management: administer or oversee proper medication administration.
• Supply Oversight: track inventory and recommend repairs or replacements.
• Team Coordination: share information, attend meetings, support training.
