Circleville Post Acute in Circleville, OH is seeking a compassionate PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and monitor resident conditions. This flexible role offers PRN scheduling, competitive pay with shift differential, and the opportunity to pick up additional shifts based on availability, within a supportive nursing team.

Applicants must hold an Ohio RN license; long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

Formación

• Active Ohio RN license
• Experience in long-term care preferred but not required
• Ability to work PRN hours and shifts

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
• Assess resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Supervise and support STNAs and other nursing staff
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations
• Promote a positive, resident-centered environment focused on quality care
