• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
• Assess resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Supervise and support STNAs and other nursing staff
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations
• Promote a positive, resident-centered environment focused on quality care
