Job summary

PACS Group's Circleville Post Acute in Circleville, OH is seeking a compassionate PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to join our bedside team. You will provide direct nursing care, follow physician orders, and support residents with individualized care plans.

This flexible PRN opportunity offers competitive hourly pay ($34-39) plus shift differential, opportunities to pick up extra shifts, and a collaborative leadership and nursing team focused on quality, resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
• Assess resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Supervise and support STNAs and other nursing staff
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations
• Promote a positive, resident-centered environment focused on quality care
