Qualifications

• Current Ohio RN license.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.
• Assess resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Supervise and support STNAs and other nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations.
• Promote a positive, resident-centered environment focused on quality care.
