Job summary

Liberty Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a registered nurse (RN) for a PRN role in Liberty Township, Ohio. You will deliver direct patient care and perform nursing activities per the nursing process to support patient recovery.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing required.
• Current Registered Nurse license as required by state regulations.
• CPR/BCLS certification; ACLS preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• CRRN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Implements plan of care including medication administration and treatments.
• Documents patient care provided.
• Monitors and communicates patient condition to care team, physician, patient, and family.
• Assists with activities of daily living.
• Collaborates across disciplines for transfers, discharges, referrals, and psychosocial support.
• Provides patient/family education appropriate to age and culture.
