Job summary

Clearway is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Addison, TX facility to monitor patients and support providers. The RN will document procedures, maintain infection control, and ensure high-quality care in a collaborative environment.

Ideal candidates hold an ADN or higher, Texas RN licensure (or compact), and ACLS/BLS certifications. Proficiency with MS Office and strong communication skills are required; willingness to travel minimally within duties is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing (ADN) or higher.
• Current RN license in Texas or compact state.
• ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong patient service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure continual delivery of high-quality nursing care.
• Mentor/trains surgical staff and maintain infection control surveillance.
• Maintain documentation of patient care and auditing records.
• Prepare rooms, instruments, and supplies for procedures.
• Coordinate with health care team to plan and evaluate patient care plans.
• Monitor patients and respond to changes in condition.
• Adhere to safety, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements.
• Support providers and document procedures accurately.
