Job summary

Clearway Pain Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse to monitor patients, support providers and document procedures within an ambulatory surgical center. You will maintain high-quality nursing care, mentor staff, prepare rooms and equipment, and coordinate care plans with the health care team.

The role requires ACLS/BLS, RN licensure, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Travel and flexible scheduling may be required.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing required.
• Current RN licensure in the practicing state or compact eligibility.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Proven written and verbal communication skills with strong customer service.
• Able to build effective relationships with doctors, staff and public.
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions and flexible schedule.
• Strong attention to detail and organization; professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of healthcare field and medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Ensures continual delivery of high-quality nursing care.
• Mentors/trains other surgical staff as needed.
• Prepares rooms, sterile instruments, equipment and supplies.
• Monitors all aspects of patient care and vital signs.
• Contributes to team problem solving and coordinates with health care team.
• Maintains documentation of patient care services and regulatory compliance.
• Oversees infection control surveillance and safety procedures.
• Communicates discharge instructions and ensures patient clearance.
• Assists with supply ordering and inventory management.
• Maintains HIPAA privacy and confidentiality.
