Job summary

Elior North America is seeking a PRN Registered Dietitian to join our healthcare team in Meadowbrook, PA. You will assess nutritional needs, initiate interventions, and enhance quality of life for patients/residents, with weekday coverage and occasional weekends to cover hospital rotation.

The role requires LTC, Short‑Stay Rehab, and Acute/Hospital experience, PCC & MDS Sheet familiarity, and will cover Holy Redeemer Hospital and The Lafayette campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nutrition or related field (prior to 2024).
• Master's degree in Nutrition or related field.
• CDR national exam passed or eligible.
• 75 hours CE every five years.
• Licensed or certified per state requirements.
• Knowledge of regulation standards for assessments, care planning, and residents’ rights.
• Ability to teach others about nutrition and dietetics.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional expertise to the health care team and educate patients/residents, staff, or consultants.
• Follow Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics practice standards and facility regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments to establish procedures and policies for dining services and nutrition.
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement programs.
