Elior North America is hiring a PRN Registered Dietitian for Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. You will assess patients’ nutritional needs, initiate interventions, and enhance quality of life consistent with goals. This position typically schedules 8–16 hours per week.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in nutrition (prior to 2024) or related field.
• Master’s degree in Nutrition or related field.
• Passed a national exam by the CDR or eligible per Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
• Completes 75 hours of CE every 5 years, via portfolio development.
• Licensed or certified per state requirements.
• Knowledge of regulation standards for assessments, care planning, and residents’ rights.

Aufgaben

• Provide nutritional expertise to health care team and educate patients/residents, staff, or consultants.
• Follow the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics’ standards of practice and facility requirements.
• Interact with other departments to set up procedures and policies for dining service and nutrition.
• Participate in development and review of continuous quality improvement programs.
