Job summary

Elior North America is seeking a PRN Registered Dietitian for our healthcare and food service team at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA. The role involves assessing nutritional needs, planning interventions, and improving patients’ quality of life while aligning with patient goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nutrition completed.
• Master’s degree in Nutrition completed.
• Passed the national CDR exam or eligible per AND requirements.
• Maintains 75 hours of continuing education every five years.
• Licensed or certified as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional expertise to the healthcare team and educate patients, staff, or consultants.
• Follow Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics standards and facility regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to develop procedures for dining and nutrition services.
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement programs in nutrition care.
