Garden Spring Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a full-time, customer service-oriented receptionist to work as needed. Prior front desk experience is highly preferred, with a warm and welcoming demeanor and strong communication skills to assist residents, visitors, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Previous reception experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and visitors at the front desk.
• Answer phones, take messages, and route inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Assist residents, visitors and vendors while maintaining a welcoming environment.

Previous reception experience is highly preferred.

The Most Successful Candidate:

• Experience: front desk receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)

• Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)

• Possess a warm, friendly, and welcoming demeanor

• Possess effective communication skills

• Always willing to go above and beyond when it comes to assisting our residents, visitors, out-side vendors and team members
