This position is responsible for all incoming calls to the facility while providing basic clerical support to the employees. Will assist with getting visitor badges for anyone needing to be on campus. Will help with initial admission paperwork. Will take care of daily incoming and outgoing mail. Assist with releasing company vehicles to employees for general transportation and transports. Assist with Temperature Check station coverage. Facilitates appropriate responses to emergency codes. We are looking for someone who has a great deal of flexibility. We need coverage for day, evening and weekend shifts when our core receptionists need time off.
