Qualifications

Job description

Location: Riverwalk Professional Center - 12600 Creekside Lane, Fort Myers, FL 33919

Department: Radiology - Diagnostics

Work Type: PRN

Shift: Shift 2

Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $34.69 - $34.69 / hour

Summary

Performs diagnostic radiology imaging including routine, mobile, OR, fluoroscopy, and emergency procedures. Ensures compliance with State and Federal regulations for radiation safety. Evaluates and determines the quality of diagnostic images. Participates in performance improvement initiatives. Assists in staff and student orientation and training. Provides safe and appropriate patient care. Collaborates positively with all customers to promote satisfaction among employers, patients, and physicians. May transport non-narcotic medications as directed. Participates in an "on-call" rotation as needed by the department.

Graduate of a JRCERT-accredited or ARRT-approved Radiography Program.

State of Florida Licensure Requirements

Radiologic Technology License (Required).
