Augusta Health is seeking a PRN Radiology Technologist for the Orthopedics department. The role involves operating radiographic equipment and producing diagnostic images while ensuring patient safety and image quality.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, with an Associate degree or higher preferred, ARRT certification or registry eligibility, and CPR certification within 30 days of hire. One+ year experience is preferred.

Formación

• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• ARRT registered or registry-eligible in Radiologic Technology; must pass exam within 6 months if registry-eligible.
• CPR certified or obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Operate radiographic equipment and perform radiographs of designated body parts.
• Ensure image quality and patient safety during procedures.
• Maintain equipment and comply with ARRT and hospital policies.

• Pay or shift range: $27.77 USD to $42.49 USD
  The pay range reflects the current compensation range for this position at the time of posting. Individual offers are determined based on directly related experience, skills, education, internal equity, and other job-related factors. Not all candidates will qualify for the upper end of the posted range.

Description

Perform a variety of technical tasks involved in operating radiographic equipment and making radiographs of designated portions of the body.

Education, Licensure/Certification:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Associate degree or higher preferred
• Must meet the educational requirement for Radiologic Technologist certification with ARRT
  • ARRT registered or registry-eligible in Radiologic Technology.
  • If registry-eligible, employee must pass Radiologic Technologist examination within 6 months from date of hire
• CPR certified or obtained within 30 days of hire

Experience:

• One or more years of experience in the field of Radiology preferred
