Qualifications

• ARRT certification and state licensure as Radiologic Technologist or Limited Scope.
• BLS for healthcare providers is required.
• Competency in one or more areas (Chest, Extremities, Spine, Skull, Podiatry, DEXA).

Responsibilities

• Maintains ARRT or modality-specific competency in all clinical and technical functions.
• Performs exams per department protocol and reviews images for quality.
• Adheres to radiation safety guidelines and maintains a safe working environment.
• Completes studies within acceptable time limits while preserving patient care.
• Assists and instructs students and other Radiology Techs in protocols and positioning.
• Keeps accurate records of patient information and procedures performed.
