Job summary

Applewood Our House in Colorado is hiring PRN QMAP Caregivers who pick up shifts when it works for you. There is no set schedule—provide meaningful care in five Denver-area home settings.

You will pass medications, assist residents with daily living activities, and support dementia care with patience. Colorado QMAP certification is required. Work locations include Golden, Lakewood, South Lakewood, Arvada, and North Arvada, with flexible, home-like teams.

Qualifications

• Current Colorado QMAP certification is required.
• Dependability and punctuality.
• Comfort working in multiple homes and adapting to each household routine.
• Experience in caregiving or memory care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pass medications accurately and in line with Colorado regulations
• Assist residents with daily living activities like bathing, dressing, and mealtimes
• Care for residents living with dementia with patience and kindness
• Notice and share changes in a resident's health or behavior with the home's team

Pay

• $18.50 – $21.00 per hour
• +$1.00/hr overnight shift differential
• Paid time off and sick time

What You'll Do
