Applewood Our House seeks a dependable Float QMAP to support its residential assisted living and memory care homes across Colorado. You will float between homes, providing compassionate care and assisting with medications and daily living activities, adapting to each resident’s needs.

Ideal candidates hold Colorado QMAP certification and are reliable, with caregiving or memory care experience preferred. Earn $20.50–$23.00 per hour with a $2 float premium and a $1 overnight differential.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications accurately and in full compliance with Colorado regulations
• Provide gentle, dignified help with activities of daily living (ADLs), adapting to each resident's needs
• Support residents living with dementia with patience and grace
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition or behavior to each home's team

You'll step into any of our households and provide seamless, compassionate care wherever you're needed most.

Pay & Benefits

• $20.50 – $23.00 per hour, which includes a $2.00/hr float premium
• +$1.00/hr overnight shift differential

What You'll Do
