Step Up Rehab, the in-house therapy provider at Lake Bennet Health and Rehabilitation Center, seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in a SNF setting. Work in a dedicated therapy gym, delivering skilled services to residents under an interdisciplinary team.

The role requires a graduate of an accredited PTA program and an active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible). SNF or post-acute experience is preferred; Net Health documentation knowledge is a plus.
