Step Up Rehab, the in-house therapy provider at Lake Bennet Health and Rehabilitation Center, is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a Skilled Nursing Facility role. The PRN position offers increased rates when medical benefits are waived.

Requirements include a graduate of an accredited PTA program and an active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible); SNF/post-acute experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
