Step Up Rehab, the in-house therapy provider at Lake Bennet Health and Rehabilitation Center in Florida, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a Skilled Nursing Facility. This PRN role features increased rates when medical benefits are waived and requires Florida PTA licensure (or licensure eligibility).

You will work in a dedicated therapy gym, provide skilled PTA services, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve residents’ safety, function, and quality of life.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
