Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to deliver skilled therapy in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting, working with an interdisciplinary team to enhance residents’ safety and function.

The role requires graduation from an accredited PTA program and an active Florida PTA license (or eligibility). Previous SNF or post-acute experience is preferred, with modern rehab gyms and supportive leadership.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited PTA program is required.
• Active Florida PTA license or eligibility is required.
• SNF or post-acute care experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to SNF residents.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and QoL.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with state regulations.
