Step Up Rehab seeks a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy in a Skilled Nursing Facility, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.

This PRN position offers increased rates when medical benefits are waived, with modern rehab gyms and supportive leadership. A Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) is required, and SNF or post-acute experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
