Step Up Rehab is recruiting a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for our SNF facilities in Florida. Work within dedicated therapy gyms, delivering skilled PTA services to residents to improve function and independence.

This PRN position offers increased rates when medical benefits are waived and supports a compassionate care culture with modern rehab gyms and opportunities to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
