Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for our Stuart SNF location. The role involves providing skilled PTA services in a dedicated therapy gym, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to help residents regain function and independence.

Qualified candidates will be graduates of an accredited PTA program with an active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) and preferred SNF or post-acute experience. Net Health documentation knowledge is a plus.
