Step Up Rehab is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for our Stuart Skilled Nursing Facility. Provide skilled PTA therapy to residents in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team in a dedicated therapy gym.

Qualified candidates have a PTA degree and an active Florida PTA license (license-eligible ok). SNF or post-acute experience is preferred; we offer a flexible PRN schedule and supportive leadership.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred

Responsabilités

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to SNF residents as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Assist residents in regaining function and independence through skilled care.
• Support patient safety and quality of life goals through therapy
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
