Step Up Rehab in Stuart, FL is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy services in a SNF setting. The role supports residents in regaining function and independence, working with an interdisciplinary team in a dedicated therapy gym.

Candidates should graduate from an accredited PTA program and hold a Florida PTA license (or be license-eligible). Prior SNF or post-acute experience is preferred, and the team offers a supportive, flexible PRN schedule.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred

Responsibilities
