Step Up Rehab is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for the Stuart SNF. You will provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to restore function and independence.

Ideal candidates are graduate of an accredited PTA program with an active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) and SNF or post-acute experience. Net Health knowledge is a plus, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred

Responsibilities
