Job summary

Highland Park Care Center is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our therapy team on a PRN basis. The PTA will provide physical therapy services under a licensed Physical Therapist and help residents regain independence and improve quality of life.

Qualifications

• Nebraska PTA license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist residents and patients in achieving therapy goals that support mobility, strength, and independence.

• Accurately document treatment activities and patient progress.
