Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Current state PTA license in good standing.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement patient-specific treatment plans developed by the PT.
• Lead patients through exercises, mobility training, and rehab activities.
• Educate patients on safe techniques and use of assistive devices.
• Monitor and document patient progress; report changes to the PT.
• Maintain accurate, compliant therapy records.
• Collaborate with the care team for coordinated treatment.
• Uphold ethical, professional standards in all interactions.
