Solaris HealthCare Imperial (Naples) is hiring a PRN Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy in a SNF setting. The role collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to improve safety and independence for residents, with flexible scheduling through Step Up Rehab as the in-house provider.

Qualified candidates hold an accredited PTA program certificate and Florida PTA licensure (or eligibility); SNF/post-acute experience is preferred, with opportunities to work in a modern rehab

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required; SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.

Education
