Solaris HealthCare Imperial (Naples) is seeking a PRN Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house therapy team. You will provide skilled PTA services in a SNF setting, working within the dedicated therapy gym and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to restore function and improve residents’ quality of life.

Candidates must have an accredited PTA program, Florida PTA license (active or eligible), and SNF/post-acute experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required; SNF or post-acute experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
