Step Up Rehab is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our Naples facility. This role supports skilled nursing services within Solaris HealthCare Imperial, offering flexible scheduling and meaningful patient care. Qualified candidates must graduate from an accredited PTA program and hold an active Florida PTA license (or be license-eligible).

SNF or post-acute experience is preferred. The position is on-site with modern rehab gym facilities and supportive leadership.
